We begin by creating a safe, grounded space where you can share what’s coming up for you—whether that’s anxiety, feeling overburdened, relationship challenges, parenting triggers, or a pattern you can’t seem to break.
From there, the session unfolds naturally:
- Reading – We tune into your subconscious and energetic field to identify what’s most relevant—often bringing clarity to patterns you may feel but haven’t fully been able to name
- Digging – We gently explore the deeper beliefs, emotional imprints, or past experiences that are driving these patterns (such as control, fear, or over-responsibility)
- Shifting – Once identified, we work in the theta state to release and repattern these beliefs—inviting in new experiences of safety, trust, ease, and emotional balance
Throughout the session, you remain fully present, aware, and engaged—an active participant in your own healing.
