Solaia Breathwork takes its name from Solaia, meaning “the place where the energy of the sun radiates,” reflecting the way this practice helps awaken the radiant life force within. Through a connected, circular breathing pattern, participants are guided into a meditative state that calms the nervous system and opens access to deeper layers of consciousness. The rhythmic breathing gently alters carbon dioxide and oxygen levels in the body, creating a temporary shift that can lead to tingling sensations, emotional release, and expanded awareness.
